Pricing
The displayed price for each service is shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) without VAT included.
In the case of a discount, the previous price is crossed out and the new valid price is shown.
Prices for all products are determined and updated in accordance with the company’s pricing policy, without prior notice.
Since the moment of purchase confirmation can occur days after adding a product to the cart, all prices are updated at the time of purchase confirmation. The final price to be charged will always be visible in the purchase confirmation summary.
Providing Delivery Information
At the time of purchase confirmation, the customer is required to enter accurate delivery information: full name, address (street and number), contact phone number, and email address.
All customer data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Payment
Customers can make payments in the following ways:
- Online payment using credit/debit cards
- Bank transfer / e-banking
Payments by Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Dina, and American Express cards are processed in cooperation with Banca Intesa AD Beograd through a secure payment page by simply entering your card details.
Once the card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and your order is then approved and being processed.
In accordance with the agreement with Banca Intesa AD Beograd, the payment processor, card details entered by the customer are not accessible to our system.
All payments will be executed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your card will be converted to your local currency based on the conversion rate used by your card provider. Due to this conversion, there might be a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Service Delivery
No later than 24 hours after payment has been registered, the customer will receive an email with access to all materials related to the purchased course.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may change or cancel their order at any time after the order is confirmed and before starting the use of online courses, without any additional costs.

Complaint Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered service, a complaint may be submitted.
For video courses, complaints must be submitted within 10 days from the date access to the course was granted.

The complaint should include: customer identification details (full name and email used for the order), order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
The deadline for responding to a complaint is 7 days from the day the complaint is received.
If the complaint is accepted and all conditions are met, SVETLANA OSTOJIĆ PR SPORTSKO OBRAZOVANJE KNEE REHAB ŠABAC will, if the customer agrees, either provide a modification/replacement or process a full refund using the same payment method that was originally used.

During registration, only essential data required for service execution is collected. Additional data used for better personalization and tailored offers is entered optionally by the customer.
Customers can update or delete their personal data at any time or request full data deletion.
All customer and order data is securely stored and accessible only to employees who need this data to perform their duties. All employees and business partners who have access to such data are obligated to maintain privacy protection.
Transaction Data Security
When entering credit card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, the most advanced cryptographic technologies available.
Payment security is guaranteed by the payment processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, and the entire payment process takes place on their secure platform. At no point are your card details available to our system.
